November 9, 2021

Please join True Impact Ministries

in our united, worldwide, day of prayer Tuesday October 12

Bless the Lord, o my soul, and all that is within me bless his holy name

Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits

who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases

who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy

who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed.

Wow Soak in the goodness and character of God in these verses from Psalm 103:1-6

Take a moment to remember one time when you experienced God’s blessing to you. Then thank Him and pray for one way that you would like to know His renewal, or redemption, or healing or forgiveness…today.

Then pray with others around the globe for True Impact Ministries in Uganda.

For individuals:

  • Pray for specific students in need of healing: for Sadam and Nabirye, for Sofiya and Kusinza Jireh, for Allan and Ezekial, Brian and Rapheal, and others

  • Pray for Akiram’s family and friends as they grieve

For Schools:

  • Institutions of higher learning are slowly opening this month. Students may be working through the Christmas season to catch up with studies. Pray for motivation to grow in the lives of the older students who have not been able to formally study for 2 years.

  • Primary and Secondary studies are scheduled to resume in late January – no details yet. True Impact is working with our Uganda partners to revitalize the school campus in Nankyenyi in preparation for a new start in January. Plans are being made to update other building locations as well. As we plan and build and gather the children, Pray that the Lord redeems lives, provides steadfast love and mercy, gives strength to the weary and works righteousness and justice for the most vulnerable and oppressed in Uganda.

  • Praise God for our recent graduates! Pray for jobs and joy as they move towards independence.

For Faithful workers, leaders, sponsors and donors:

  • Prayer as a community : Remind us Lord of your faithfulness and promises. When isolation and sickness and questions and division seem overwhelming, may we remember your many benefits and loving character. You desire goodness for your people. Help us not grow weary in doing good.

  • Let all that is within us, Bless your Holy name. Thank-you for Your extraordinary work in young lives through our work at True Impact Ministries.
