June 2021 Second Tuesday Prayer

Please join True Impact Ministries in our united, worldwide, day of prayer June 8, 2021

Let not kindness and truth leave you; Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor and good success in the sight of God and man.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.

Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your body and refreshment to your bones. - Proverbs 3:3-8

There is so much to talk about with God today.

Thank God for who he is.

Quiet your heart and mind before him. Know that he is your source of life, kindness, truth and strength.

Pray for the ministry of True Impact.

  • Covid 19 continues to spread throughout Uganda, with cases rising in ages 10-29. Ask God to keep our children healthy and protected. Pray for adequate medical treatment for any person who needs attention.

  • As schools, churches, gatherings, transportation, and markets shut down for 6 weeks, pray for safety, direction and daily provision for our children and staff. May God give direction and clarity in this time of uncertainty.

  • Pray for Hope and Peace, Love and Kindness to abound and be written on the heart of every student.

  • Pray for the Uganda staff who provide care to the students. May God give extra discernment, flexibility, provision and energy to direct all the current changes.

  • Pray for the True Impact Team (Denver based) who had to cancel all flights and plans for travel this week. Ask God for encouragement, wisdom and direction for future plans. (This is the 2nd year of cancellation for this team).

  • Pray for the Leadership Team of TIM; for increased trust, understanding and clear communication during times of constant change and challenge.

Joys and Sorrows:

Pray for one young student who is facing months of trials and physical challenges. In spite of hardships, she is sharing new faith and joy as she trusts in the Lord with all her heart.

Pray for the family and friends of Mable, one of our secondary students who died recently after facing a life-long battle with HIV/AIDS.
