Christmas Gift
and
Mentorship Program Support

Christmas is right around the corner.  We want the children to forget about the struggles of the world for a while and to feel love from you, their sponsors, and love from Jesus, their Lord.  We are working on parties and giving gifts for all our sponsored and yet-to-be sponsored children.  This will cost us about $25 per child.

 

The True Impact team in Uganda is working on something new, and much needed for the children we support.  They are putting together a week-long mentorship retreat for many of the students we support who will come to one location and join with local students and others from the community.  Each day different speakers will fill their heads with much needed spiritual guidance along with educational and career guidance.

As a sponsor, we need your help.  Expanding this mentorship week to several hundred teenagers means there are a great deal more logistics involved.  Transporting the children to one location; feeding the children food and drink each day; bringing in speakers; providing needed educational supplies.  The expense for each child will be about $35.  

​

We are also planning on providing each child with their Christmas gifts before Christmas.  We are asking each sponsor to donate an extra $50 this year to cover the expenses of both the mentorship week and Christmas presents and parties.
